The More Than A Fraction Foundation (MTAFF) is dedicated to enriching the history and cultures of Africans in America, African Americans and Indigenous Peoples from the 18th and 19th centuries, focusing on the Appalachian region. Through research, education and programs, MTAFF aims to elevate these communities’ narratives and promote a deeper understanding of their unique contributions.
